In 2007, NCADD of Middlesex County, Inc. partnered with MindCross Training. Working together, we have created a series of online courses that are focused on increasing awareness of some of the most pressing issues faced by children and young adults. Topics covered include substance abuse, suicide, child abuse, and bullying and are designed specifically for primary and secondary school staff members.
NCADDThe National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD) of Middlesex County, Inc. is a non-profit, community-based health organization providing prevention, education, information, and referral services to county residents, businesses, schools, faith-based organizations, municipal alliances, and social service agencies since 1980.
The mission of NCADD of Middlesex County, Inc. is to promote the health and well-being of individuals and communities through the reduction or elimination of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use problems.
We strive to prevent substance abuse by:
- Educating society about the nature of addiction
- Arming youth with the information and skills they need to succeed drug-free
- Serving as a resource for parents, communities, and schools
